We are a thriving, welcoming and forward-thinking school where children, staff and parents work together to be the best we can be. Through our creative and integrated curriculum, we aim to inspire and motivate each and every child so that they leave us with confidence and ambition, and with a range of personal attributes and values, able to make the most of what the world and their future education has to offer.

Lancot School is an inclusive school and we promote an awareness of individual needs. Everyone is a valued member of our community; as part of this, we expect all adults to lead by example, model exemplary behaviour and treat children fairly, consistently and sensitively. Most importantly, we celebrate the successes of both our pupils and our staff team.
